Reporting
Almost every aspect of the SupplyPoint's operation is automatically
monitored and recorded, generating huge amounts of data about your
business's inventory. The reporting module of SupplyPoint Complete
provides your business with the tools to unlock this data and acquire
accurate, meaningful, management information for the improvement of
your business processes.
SupplyPoint Complete's reporting module boasts many unique and novel
features and provides information with minimum effort. It is supplied
with 60 of the most useful pre-built reports, all of which can be
customised to display the exact information you require. Using the
inbuilt tools, administrators can generate their own original reports
which can be saved for later re-use or even imported and exported to
other SupplyPoint machines. Administrators can run reports as and when
required, or they can be scheduled to run automatically at user defined
intervals, and with our complete network integration, reports can be
obtained remotely from any suitably networked PC.
Reports can be generated in many formats including Excel, Text, FTP,
PDF; they can be printed, stored, emailed or faxed providing the
flexibility your business needs. Powerful 'build-field' functionality
allows the report itself to generate analysis information from the
report data; it also provides an easy method to format reports exactly
as they are required for later import into other business systems.
With our advanced parsing features, reports can even be automatically
customised each time they are run; for example, you no longer have to
manually select the start and finish dates for last weeks consumption
reports - SPS Complete allows you to simply request all information
from a [WEEK AGO TODAY] to [TODAY]. All date adjustments are performed
automatically each time the report is run giving you instant access to
your information.
With SupplyPoint Complete all the tools are provided for you to control
every aspect of your reporting, ensuring critical information is
available how, when, and where you need it.
